This name is an acronym between panna cotta and pine nuts. Born in a festival we did in Málaga. We wanted to enhance the basic taste of the cooked cream and we asked the best pine nut of the world to a producer of dried fruit and nuts who was presenting with us. That was how we made a crunchy to mix it with our gelato flavored with vanilla caramel. In a second phase, we improved the recipe by adding organic milk, achieving the perfect synergy between the ingredients. | ||||
