2nd qualified according to the technical judges of the contest "Gelato world tour" in 2013 in Valencia. This taste is a poetic encounter with historical features between the beautiful Italy and Spain. We choose the fresh goat ricotta from Teano in Campania, place where Garibaldi created Italy in 1860, pistachios from Sicily, and Spain give us the very aromatic and top quality pure saffron.
