This gelato was created in honor to the taste that won the “Gelato World Tour 2014” by the ice-cream shop “Cow and the Moons” from Australia.
A gelato made of Vanilla bourbon from Madagascar accompanied by a crunchy almond coffee and salted caramel. We propose adding Biogical milk to the recipe. We think that we must honor the good pioneers of gelato in the world to spread the culture of Italian traditional gelato. |
